Arapahoe Booking Photo Policy
Section 19's local mugshot angle is the county's specific release rule. Arapahoe County says booking photos may not be immediately available. It also says photos are released only between 8 a.m. and 4 p.m., Monday through Friday. Before release, an annual acknowledgement related to C.R.S. 24-72-305.5 must be on file.
